When you use Locky's photo verification feature, photos you submit are sent to our servers for AI-powered habit verification. These photos, along with associated metadata (such as the habit name, verification result, and timestamp), are stored securely and may be used to train, evaluate, and improve our AI verification models. By using the photo verification feature, you consent to this collection and use.

Photos are stored securely and are not publicly accessible. You may request deletion of your stored photos by contacting us or deleting your account.

Locky and its content, features, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our permission.

6. Limitation of Liability
